Physical Characteristics: Approximately 5′ 3″ – 5′ 4″ tall, 120 pounds, 48 year old, Caucasian female. Kelley has straight shoulder length brown hair, brown eyes, and an approximately a 1 inch scar on front of neck.

Last Seen Wearing: yellow t-shirt, blue jeans, white Nike tennis shoes, brown leather purse, glasses with gold tint frames and brown arms, and a wedding ring – gold band with 1/2 to 1/4 center diamond, with one diamond on each side.

On July 3rd, 2012, Kelley Jean Harris went to Wal-Mart in Bixby, Oklahoma to buy supplies for the 4th of July party she and her family were planning. That was the last time anyone saw Kelley.

She left home that day with $860 in cash for party shopping. She didn’t return home the evening of July 3rd and wasn’t home by the morning of July 4th. By 5 pm July 4th Kelley’s husband was filing a missing persons report. He had been trying to call her repeatedly but it just went to voicemail.

Police found Kelley’s gray Chrysler sedan around 5 am on July 20th at the Bristol Apartments near 41st St. and Garnett Rd. All the windows were rolled down. There is a person of interest that investigators say was seen driving Kelley’s car. However, no arrests have been made.
