David Michael Jackson was last seen walking in the 3900 block of S. 101st East Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma at 5:15am on October 31st, 2009. 15 minutes later those same witnesses drove by again and found David was dead. David was shot in the torso with a small caliber handgun.

David was 41-years-old when he was murdered. He was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on July 26th, 1968. David often frequented the apartment complexes near 31st Street and Mingo Road. He left behind one child.
