32-year-old mother of four Damesha Rochelle Lee Hunter was found murdered on October 14th, 2010 in her home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. There have been no charges in her case and it remains unsolved.

Damesha was speaking to her husband, Laroye Hunter III, on the phone when Laroye said someone knocked on the door at their home located at 7100 E. Newton Pl. Damesha set the phone down to answer the door and never returned. Laroye says he came home and found that Damesha had been shot.

At the time of the murder Laroye was arrested for violating a protective order that Demesha had against him at the time and it wasn’t the first one. Police asked that he be held on a one million dollar bond. Damesha had previously pressed charges against Laroye for assault and battery but didn’t show up to testify. The charges were dropped. A month before Damesha’s murder she received a letter from a KeKe, an unknown woman who claimed she was pregnant by Laroye and that they had been involved in a two year affair. She was 25-35 years old and may have lived near or often visited the Apache Manor Apartments where Laroye and Damesha resided.
