Ci’Lina Teira Bell-Deloney was murdered on January 16, 2017, she was 21 years old.

Ci’Lina’s body was found by a passer by laying in Paint Road in Comanche County that morning. According to law enforcement, she died from multiple gunshot wounds. Law enforcement believes that her body was left where she was found between 9:30 am and 11:00 am on January 16, 2017. Ci’Lina’s car was later found abandoned in a Walmart parking lot on Sheridan Road.

The October prior to her death, Ci’Lina and her family were victims of a home invasion. Whether this has anything to do with her murder, remains unknown.

A person of interest had been named in her case in July of 2017, but to date, he has not been charged with anything relating to Ci’Lina’s murder. Multiple people have been interviewed and even polygraphed in regards to her case, yet no one has been charged.

Ci’Lina was a member of the Comanche Nation, and leaves behind a devastated family. She was a loved daughter, sister and mother. At the time of Ci’Lina’s death, her daughter was only three years old.
